March 20, 2024; Bend, OR–Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate, a real estate agency founded in 2001 and based in Bend and Redmond, Oregon, announces it has been ranked number one among a total of 38 agencies in the North American franchises of the global real estate company of Harcourts based on total residential real estate sales in 2023. The announcement came last week at the company’s annual retreat in Ojai, California.

Harcourts has been in business since 1888 and is the largest real estate company in the world, with 840 offices in 10 countries. In 2023, the company sold over $50 billion in real estate. The North American franchise is comprised of 38 offices. After being formed in 2001 and becoming its own brokerage in 2008, The Garner Group became part of Harcourts in 2014. It was then sold in 2016 by founder Sandy Garner to her daughters and niece, respectively, the current co-owners Shelley Griffin, Erica Davis and Sara LaFaver.
