May 12, 2023; Bend, OR–Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate, a real estate agency founded in 2001 and based in Bend and Redmond, Oregon, announces it has listed Lots 220 and 223 in Phase five of Discovery West homesites within the newly released Strada Collection, available directly to buyers for the first time. Fourteen lots in total will be listed.
The Strada Collection homesites, situated along Crosby Drive, share a private drive, are between one fourth and one third of an acre in size, overlook an extension of Discovery Park, with some viewsheds reaching as far as Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Mountains. Seven Discovery West Guild Builders have stepped forward to work with buyers of these lots on custom home projects. Buyers who work with one of the Guild Builders may receive a 10% cash rebate on their home purchase price at the framing stage of construction.*
